TRG is hiring a full time HR Coordinator for a client in Cambridge.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who is looking to grow their career.

Job Location: Cambridge (Hespeler Rd/Bishop)

Pay Rate: $20 – $24 depending on experience

Shift: Weekend (Thursday to Sunday)

Hours: Morning shift (30-40 hours per week)

Job Duties:

  • Coordinating daily labour (confirming to ensure associates are accurately scheduled)
  • Keeping open communication with all departments
  • Filing/data entry/making phone calls/emailing clients and associates
  • Communicating labour needs to partnering agencies
  • Recruiting and onboarding for new employees (using an APS to track candidates)
  • Using several different job boards to recruit for open positions

Key Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (written, oral)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Can openly communicate and build relationship with customers

Requirements:

  • College or University diploma related to Human Resources
  • Clear criminal background
  • Access to vehicle preferred
